Interesting
I live in Fairvanjs, pretty much since 1999 abd never heard this story- especially odd as I own an air charter and helicopter tour that has its HQ up here and the Helucooter tour operates up here but none of my flight crew, sll ex active military have mentioned it. While I live a busy business life, I live my adopted hone of Alaska abd started my early buz life in the 80s on the Kenai Peninsula co-founding the states first savings and loan. I love learning more and more about the history of Alaska and greatly appreciate all the effort put into this podcast by their entire staff. Thank you!

I struggled to get through this, kept hoping it would get better but just never did. I had to give up on it. It was also hard to follow, too much useless information and rambling. I suggest people pass this one up. Too much good content out there to suffer through this.

..it just goes no where. After the first episode, the 2nd episode is hard to get through and you quickly realize they didnt have enough material to make something good so they just thinned out what they had. Snooze fest!

This seems like a very interesting story but this is probably the worst podcast I’ve heard that has been produced by a major company. I’m sure this guy is a fine writer but he’s a horrible podcaster. I would like to hear this story told by another podcaster who can do it justice.
