Interesting story if you didn’t have to listen to a third of the run time full of ads for other podcasts

Despite the ads and the lack of involvement/support from Sneha’s family, it seems worthwhile to bring attention to this case. It seems most likely that something happened to Sneha on the evening of Sept 10th. It does her no favors to accept a narrative that she ran into the towers to help people...Read full review »

I’ve listened to missing in Alaska and enjoyed it. I don’t know what happened with the choice in sound mixing but the same host sounds so different between these two shows and in this his voice is really really grating to my ears. I can’t listen to this show, which is sad as I think it’s an...Read full review »

Pros: storytelling value, research effort and thoroughness, impact, entertainment value/enjoyability, overall quality (all very high) Cons: podcaster’s pronunciation of the word, “during”

Was excited to find this podcast. Unfortunately once you take out the ads and the information the presenter doesn’t know and all the people who ignored or refused interview requests, it’s not very captivating

You’re going to lose your mind listening to the detective who sounds like his mouth is stuffed with cotton.

I know this podcast is two years old now and I rarely leave bad reviews, but I’m writing this in case the production, producers or media company notices this. There are more adverts than actual podcast in this - three minutes of podcasts every ten - fifteen minutes. It got to the point where I...Read full review »

I’m not saying this is the best podcast I’ve ever heard. In fact, there were times that I thought the host sometimes over explained or over simplified it for the listener. HOWEVER, the more I listened, the more I liked it. I especially like the interviews included throughout. And I grew to live...Read full review »

What a fascinating story, so complex and so many things to think about. I also read Elizabeth greenwood’s book after the interview with her

But this podcast was especially cringe-worthy in its clear thirst for this sort of big break. At the beginning and the end of the episode, the host makes an impassioned plea for the person who has more info on Sneha to come out. As if this person (should they exist) has nothing better to do than...Read full review »

Bad
What is with the narration? It’s just him shouting in very short sentences. It’s a horribly written, shouty mess with no conclusion. Save your time and a headache.

I am totally obsessed. I listened earlier in the year and still randomly think of what happened to Sneha. Thank you for uncovering and bringing awareness to this case—even if we aren’t fully satisfied with how it was resolved.

I loved this podcast! The negative reviewers didn’t give it a chance. I almost stopped listening also with sections on Islamophobia. I don’t believe it was or is that prevalent. But after that it’s a fantastic story. The end had me in tears with the son of Anthony Hopkins singing a beautiful...Read full review »

Open and shut. Her brother did it as revenge for her having an affair with his partner used 9/11 as and opportunity for the perfect coverup. Holes in his story. She was even at his place the night she went missing. Had 9/11 not have happened he would be in prison today. I believe he manipulated...Read full review »

If this story is considered through an “honour killing” lens things begin to line up. On this view the disappearance of Sneha planned for September 10 was covered conveniently by 9/11. The motive for the honour killing was set following the charges against Sneha which would bring dishonour to...Read full review »

Jon has completely got me hooked on this case! I’m so sad there are no more episodes. Jon did an incredible job telling and researching the story. Highly recommend this podcast to anyone that loves true crime, cold cases, missing people stories. A+++

I like John’s storytelling style, and it is a very interesting and compelling story.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, I enjoyed it! It’s a fascinating case and story and I thought the show provided a lot of 9/11 history I didn’t know. Loved it!

As a general podcast about 9/11 this is fascinating! The research he goes into is so in depth. i think this would have been better as an overall lesser known stories of 9/11 as those stories I found even more intriguing. The disposable camera images would be amazing to see!
ruthboot via Apple Podcasts · Ireland · 05/03/22
Seems like an intriguing story but no sources are in the podcast (none agree to be interviewed) and way too much time spent in completely irrelevant areas ie describing the old department store. And way too many ads!

Season one was a little interesting even though the homework crap at the end of every episode is irritating. Season two however was just pure laziness, a story that could have been told in 30 minutes dragged out for 10 hours. Absolutely nothing new added and even has the audacity to state that...Read full review »

What a fascinating podcast. For those out there who want to know how the bulk of the episodes are comprised, it’s a good amount of 9/11 history (audio, facts, stories, etc) mixed with the detective work of trying to figure out what happened to Sneha. I highly recommend it. ** on a side note, I...Read full review »

This podcast was an interesting listen, albeit sometimes a bit repetitive, but because there was zero conclusion it really felt unfinished. The Trojan ads are in really poor taste for a podcast like this, not to mention there are about 9 minutes of them per episode. No thanks.

Don’t know if I can get through this podcast it’s like 20 minutes of obnoxious trojan ads and 10 minutes of story. So exhausting and disappointing. The first season Missing in Alaska was so good.

This is my second listen. I noticed a few whiny reviews complaining about annoying ads. Fast forward! Grumbling the ending is not conclusive. Such if life. Grow a pair. 911 has many unanswered questions. All that said, this pod left me wanting more. Sign of a good one.

Obnoxious Trojan ads that go on and on. Enough already.

The story was interesting for a few episodes. But then it seemed to lose direction as the producers seemed to hit a dead end in the timeline. I cannot handle the endless ads and unnecessary commentary other than the main story. Very frustrating.

Decent content. Lots of ads. A bit of repetition in each episode. And the audio files does not help find the Dr. It feels disingenuous to the purpose of this podcast and makes me feel they just wanted to air it to stir emotions.
gonefishcaking via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 11/30/21
I found this story intriguing and interesting. Because of how Sneha disappears on the evening of the Twin Towers collapsing. But unfortunately, just like any other Cold Case, there quiet a few discrepancies to this story and more questions than answers.

Nothing irritates me more than when a podcast abruptly ends. There haven’t been new episodes, but there wasn’t any closure. It’s bait and switch and super crappy to do to listeners. Let me start by saying that I liked the podcast. The story is intriguing and entertaining. That said, there are a lot of moments in the show that are frustrating. The story is intriguing, but this podcast is not good. There is an ear splitting scratching sound played to transition from one point to the next and the host ends each episode by giving “homework.”

I have listened to every episode several times and wish there was more. This is a 9-11 story I was unaware of and what a mystery it is.
