“Jon Walczak is an investigative journalist on a mission. His sincere deep-seated desire to reveal truths and find missing people is admirable, interesting, and compelling. I met Jon while he was investigating his first podcast mystery, Missing in Alaska. Jon is just one of dozens of journalists I’ve encountered over the past 50 years. However, Jon Walczak stands apart from all the rest. In short, he gets it right. With the exception of Mr. Walczak, every single reporter/journalist I’ve worked with throughout my adult life have misquoted, misunderstood, misreported, and otherwise butchered my words and the evidence to one degree or another. Some weren’t half bad, but most have been marginally accurate. Jon, on the other hand and in my experience, has gotten it 100% correct in my exchanges with him. I salute Mr. Walczak for his professionalism, honesty, and due diligence. I live in Arizona and am familiar with the Robert Fisher case. The premier episode has already added to my knowledge and, more importantly, revealed the humanity of those involved. That’s incredibly important, lest we fail to remember the lives and hearts that have been crushed/destroyed in this story. Mr Walczak, thank you for not giving up on these cases that have faded with time. If Robert Fisher remains alive, his victims do not deserve the additional injustice of having their killer get away with his deeds. I hope, pray, and trust your efforts will lead to Lady Justice having a crack at that monster. Keep up the great work! Steve… P.S. Although I have a habit of skipping through podcast commercials, in deference to you and iHeartRadio for your efforts, I will listen to the advertisers that are supporting your efforts.”
