Clearly review bombed by crime junkie fans
It’s sad that a story that is well researched has been review bombed by other true crime podcast fanatics who worship crime junkie. As a journalist who clearly fact checks, his criticism on their coverage of Robert Fisher and all of the incorrect information they spread is valid. That said, I felt the same way about this podcast as I did about his missing on 9/11 season. It’s well researched and I appreciate all of the digging he did and the interviews he shared, but I didn’t feel like I walked away with any concrete theories or new information. It would have been interesting to hear speculation from the police and fbi sources on how exactly one could have survived or left the area on foot while in a very remote location. How many miles was it to the nearest town, what towns what he have had to have walked through on his way out of the mountains, were there any reports of stolen vehicles around this time, etc. I didn’t hear anything that convinced me that it was plausible for Robert to have left the area.

Meh
The podcast is OK. Narrator seems robotic and like AI generated even though it’s not. Lacks emotion in a very emotional topic. Kinda weird to bash other podcasts too. Seems childish.
