No wonder Maura Murray’s family came out with a very in-depth podcast. If I were part of her family and heard constant speculation for way too many episodes, I’d be mad too. Maybe stick to the facts you know and don’t inject hours of your own speculation, you only add to the rumor mill and if...Read full review »

This episode is very good to hear of helpful people who are working hard with investigation and hoping to engage law enforcement to give them support

She was the only good part of this show. Where did she go? Is she finishing her show?

I live in the southern part of the US. I am relatively new to the Maura Murray case. I listened to the Media Pressure podcast, watched the Oxygen docu, and watched some other documentaries as well. Why on earth did you give any attention to James Renner? He sounds like a wacko! He had to be...Read full review »

Use to love love this podcast but, sadly, it’s quality has declined so much I can no longer stand to listen to it. Very disappointing.

They keep saying “protect and serve” about police, but they never finish the sentence. It’s “protect and serve the law” This explains the level of fact finding or misleading, erroneous statements throughout every episode.

Normally I really like this podcast however the episode with the missing man from Jamaica really sounded like an accident until they got to the part about the lethal level of Benadryl in his system, which was at the end of the episode. Lead with the suspicious evidence more often, and less...Read full review »

I’ve always loved this podcast and have greatly appreciated and respected Tim Pilleri and Lance Reenstierna for their work on cases of those who have gone missing. That was, until a few days ago, when I’d finished listening to the more recent episodes so I decided to go back through the older...Read full review »

Thank you so much for this episode! I have been listening for awhile and am touched, always want to help. This episode touched me and I cried, felt genuine concern and empathy, (not that I don’t in most). When they sang at the end I just lost it bawling , and I don’t even know what they were...Read full review »

they dont actually cover the timeline on these cases. they could care less. they arent here for that. they are here to go off on tangents about a million other things with a million other people rather than tell us the TIMELINE of the missing person!!!....and this should be the FOCAL point of the...Read full review »

Tim sounds like a Lance. And Lance begins his thought halfway through his sentence. The most enjoyment I get is hearing lance fumble his thought, pick it back up before the ref calls it. Just in time to watch him drop it again. Lance you are too original to patent .

Couldn’t finish an episode. I’m sure the actual story was interesting, but listening to these guys playing armchair quarterback was painful. Saying a psychiatrist was not doing their job with no real evidence is ridiculous.

I’m not a doctor, I’ve not had any training as a police officer. Tell the story do t need so much of your personal comments. We don’t care how you use your inhaler !! Not the worst but far from the best. Way too much uninteresting jibber jabber and a jokesy tone that does not match or respect the seriousness of the cases. Mostly uninterested in 90% of what the hosts are saying. Check out Anatomy of Murder for a 5 star true crime podcast.

Had to unfollow. I don’t even know what this about anymore. The Maura story was interesting but I just realized that was a long time ago on a podcast far away from here. Boring and unreliable drivel now. Thanks for the memories.

I love this podcast because it always puts the victim at the centre of the narrative, and it engages with victims’ families in a respectful and empowering way. It also has a strong focus on advocacy – Lance and Tim (and Jen!) aren’t just regaling us with stories about people who have gone...Read full review »

You guys never disappoint when it comes to having guests on your episodes. I thoroughly enjoyed this week’s show. I wish my mom had someone like her to help her escape her abuser. Thankfully I still have my mom.

Really tried to like this one. Most cases the hosts act like they know everything, their arrogance is really off putting. Especially when they often leave out details or get them wrong. Their speculations are so close minded, they come off as simpletons.
NannyRA70’ via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 05/16/23
Most of us couldn’t pull off doing a fairly unscripted program. Neither can these hosts. Lots of repetition, digression and belaboring small details.
kerund via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 05/11/23
Inane. Goofy banter & yuk-yuk, like schoolboys, when setting the tone for grisly crimes. Very unprofessional & mindless. Don’t waste your time.
Baffldovrit via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 05/05/23
I listened this evening and the introduction before the case began was 11.5 minutes! This is way beyond even the most long-winded hosts. Should be cut way back. Then a lot of long ads in addition.

Loved this when it was a deep dive of Maura Murray’s case. It’s lost it’s way, not longer interesting, just podcasters promoting other podcasters. I hope it gets back to the old ways

The show is well researched & the important details are always included. I was hooked after Maura Murray, & have happily continued on. Tim & Lance are always respectful of victims & their families, which I really appreciate. One of the best true crime podcasts out there!

I am surprised at the negative feedback here. Love this podcast because they just tell a story, they don’t give their options per say and they don’t swear like a sailor. I enjoy them very much!

This podcast is terrible. These clowns ramble on with about 36% enthusiasm. If you run out of sleeping pills this podcast might help? It was actually so boring it kept me awake with anger. So your self a favor. Listen to something, anything else. Puke.

I listen to many of the podcasts on the CSM network and have done so for a long time. I have nothing but utter respect for what Tim and Lance do. I’ve reached Episode 60 and I’m not sure why the ratings are so low. Maybe I'm missing something - no pun intended. After a couple of years as a subscriber and regular listener I am unsubscribing. Aimless meandering into ridiculous observations trying to make worthlessly obvious points grew too much for me to take. I enjoyed it for a while though and wish them the best.

I’ve just finished the second episode, and the audio is just beyond painful. I think it has potential to be a good podcast but what’s the point if you get all the drop offs and noise.

Ruins the stories. Too much dialogue during the telling. Nothing of much interest here
classysouthernwoman via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 10/28/22
The Murray case was interesting and captiviting....the first 10 parts. But once you hit pat 17 you realize that its just a lot of rehashing the same info that was discussed in the first few episodes. There is 105 parts to this case. Completely unnecessary.

Hate to hate but just too slow. Lost interest after so much discussion about irrelevant topics, set the hook and then give us some back story.
