“Mike’s empathy is clear in each interview. He does a good job of active listening and helping the loved one of the missing person open up. I would feel safe talking to him. Jess is also really good at giving a clear explanation of the situation. I would recommend. I also appreciate the lack of banter - sometimes I like it in a TC podcast but it’s refreshing to just get to the important points. Thanks for the work guys!
