Great idea for a Star Trek podcast well executed with miles to go
Two people go on an informative and critical adventure, watching each episode of every Star Trek series and teasing out the morals, messages and meanings, and if they hold the test of time. Great format! They recap an episode for the sake of the audience, then discuss. The two hosts have a great rapport, are professional, and are funny! Thanks must be given for the latest episode, The One With Almost Everyone; they gave voice to four or so listeners of the podcast, and many of the thoughts we all have were vocalized. I'll echo a few of their thoughts: Thanks for sticking to pointing out sexism when it occurs - even if it was the 60s it's necessary for a whole analysis conducted in our decade. Be careful your not focused too much on logical errors within the stories as these are funny but sometimes too obvious to learn anything from. Thanks for your hard work, and now that you're done with TOS I'm excited for the animated series! I'll even jump in and watch with you this time.Read full review »
