Purely Entertaining!
As a longtime listener and huge fan of NPR’s “Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me” I was already familiar with Mo Rocca and time and again would hear his shameless plugs for his podcast. (One of my favorite features of WWDTM is its shamelessness!) and one day I finally tuned in and was instantly hooked. Mr. Rocca’s delivery is hugely engaging, coming from someone who is truly engaged in his topic. His mode of speaking is clear and correct (a priority lax in some shows). The production itself is animated with clips and interviews paced at a continuous flow for a “lively gait.” And finally, the topics are very interesting! I took particular interest in the Jim Thorpe episode as it has recently become a regular visit destination for me. I had no idea of the actual history of it! So thank you thank you, for providing this very entertaining way to trudge through work and learn a thing or two!

More reviews of Mobituaries with Mo Rocca
Mo Rocca is a thoughtful and engaging interviewer! He provides a sensitive look at Vaughn Meader’s popularity in the early 60s and what happened to this talent after the death of JFK. I look forward to future episodes!

My first podcast! I remember the album but had no clue of the background. Great story telling and thought provoking. Thank you for doing this.
