“Hello Lana,
I've been listening to your podcast for multiple years, which, needless to say doesn't happen with that many shows/podcast.
What I enjoy most is that you bring a great mix of sharing your own story vulnerably and also bringing on guests that stem from other domains such as the sciences, even though you say that the language of science is not necessarily your own field of expertise. I am myself a neuroscientist and I have dedicated my career to researching psychedelic medicines in Germany. Hence, I am very interested in the scientific perspective and I also enjoy the heart-centered, personal approach a lot that you have. Sometimes your episodes make me feel like sitting in ceremony without having taken any medicine. Your dedication to keeping things professional, by reflecting critically on what makes a good coach and only recommending cherry-picked centers makes me trust and value your perspective very much.
As by now, I can only ask for more Episodes ;) and since I am very hyped myself about the new research in psychedelics, I am always very thankful for critical takes on the hype and investigations into risks and things that have and could go wrong.
