“No matter how long you have been a Muslim , listening to #MohamedGhilan would make you love Islam and understand being a Muslim. Some of us just simply practice because that’s what we were born into.
His methods of delivery is simple,mind engaging, heart simmering,though deep in some cases,but you will experience a "renewal" in each single podcast or short YouTube video.
He brings in science, philosophy, psychology ,modernization, in fact everything in discussing Islam. No long quotations and citations. He promotes knowledge and knowledge seeking much more than knows .
Learning the Islamic tradition in northern Nigeria is similar across the Sudan/West Africa axis. Usually a ‘one way traffic’ of just learning without really understanding. He brings to fore so many aspects that one actually has to literally schedule listening, and afterwards, reflecting on what aspect of life to improve on. Trust me, you can’t listen to his podcast once and not replay it.
