“I listen to many podcasts, including several from Slate, but this one is an embarrassment, and I can't even hate listen. I love to learn about parenting issues, but as another listener commented, this is horrible miscasting of hosts. These two people are not representative of any segment of parents I know, including liberal middle-class parents. Their entitlement combined with their alarming and irresponsible ignorance on a wide range of topics, flavored by their snarky humor applied to serious issue and valley girl voices (including the guy) make this an active disservice to listeners and the Slate brand. They seem immune to learning from missteps and feedback, and uninterested in improving the quality, diversity, and accuracy of the show.”Read full review »

“Enjoy the show for tackling everyday topics that you may have opinions on even if you do not have kids. Everyone has been a kid, most know people with kids and most have parents so...the show is relevant. The hosts aren't afraid to give sometimes controversial opinions.
