It’s so easy to fall into the trap of constantly giving without ever stopping to refill our own cups. But here’s the hard truth: if we keep pouring without taking care of ourselves, we’ll burn out.
💖 My challenge for you this week mamas, each day, pick one way to refill your cup… one way to care for yourself—one thing that’s just for you. Then, at the end of the week, take a moment to reflect on how it felt. Did it make a difference in your mood, your energy, or your patience? Did you notice anything shifting, even if just a little bit?
