“I started following her insta when I was in my first trimester. I knew I wanted a natural birth but I kept putting off taking her birth class because I always procrastinate. I was about to buy it when I found out at 37 weeks that I had pre-eclampsia and had to be induced! I gave birth with no pain meds and no epidural and I was completely confident the entire time because of what I had learned on her insta. I can only imagine how great I would’ve felt had I taken the birth class too. So happy she made this awesome podcast to help other women feel as empowered, confident, and educated as I did when our big day came.”
