“As someone who’s been through pregnancy loss and complications, this really wasn’t the best podcast for me. Although she’s very sweet, the host talks about her own experiences which, aside from typical symptoms, make pregnancy sound pretty breezy. I couldn’t make it through the episodes on first trimester because I didn’t relate at all. Especially when she talks about barely even trying and getting pregnant right away, I wouldn’t want to take away from her experience and I’m so happy for people when this happens but if she’s trying to reach a larger audience I’d recommend she be a bit more cautious and empathetic and talk about other experiences too. I tried a few more episodes but while I think it would be great for someone with an easier low-risk pregnancy, if you’ve been through fertility challenges I wouldn’t recommend.”
