“Bill has "brother" vibe about him...sometimes you can appreciate the outlook he has; sometimes you'd like to punch him- but all in all, you are glad he is around. You can tell that God made him a ginger just to ensure SOME humility (as his outlook on fat people and women can come off as judgemental) but thats why everyone can still enjoy his humor, and he is a funny, honest guy - he isn't and never will be perfect and thus the funny will continue!!
