A pale redheaded Bostonian in sunny California
The thing I'm most impressed with, is Bill's ability to apply a universal metaphor to ANY situation. He peppers most of his stories, rants, banter, with spot-on metaphors in excruciating detail. I don't understand how he can pull so many references that almost anyone can relate to, out of virtually any subject. The language is extremely explicit, which I think adds authenticity to his stories and comments. It sounds like he's speaking directly to you. Bill's dedication to this podcast surpasses the allegiance of anyone I've ever worked with. He will see to it, no matter what, that a new episode will be recorded and released, this week. The only weeks when there wasn't a new podcast, was always due to technical errors. Whether he's relaxing on an off day, or just stepped off the plane after a weekend of gigs and a 4 hour flight, he always records a new show. Each episode is like an hour of stand-up. It's like getting a brand new FREE CD, every week. Bill would make an excellent late night talk show host. Jimmy Fallon would lose most of his audience if he had to go up against Bill (if Bill had a talk show). Listen to more than one episode, before forming an opinion. Because he totally keeps it real, no two episodes are alike.Read full review »
