Often excellent- often awful
The existence of this podcast is fantastic and an example of the BBC's fulfilling its public service remit. It is difficult to think of any other organisation presenting this sort of programme. The episodes presented by Louise Cooper are invariable excellent. She is enthusiastic about whatever is the subject of the programme and she has the ability to ask a question and to be interested in the answer. Empathy radiates through my headphones. This is in disctinct contrast to when Paul Lewis presents a programme; when he seems more interested in advancing some sort of anti-corporate, anti-government agenda, rather than shedding light on a subject. He leaves me with the impression that everything is awful and everything is has to be someone's fault.Read full review »

Paul Lewis was made to present this programme, he is firm but very fair on people who discuss their views and opinions. However, I feel that he can be a little interruptive when talking to major figures from companies, but all in all a fantastic programme.

Consistently useful. Some issues affect you, some don't. But a useful podcast nonetheless.Read full review »
