Way too simplistic!!!
If you're smart enough to know what a podcast is, then you're already too smart for this podcast. For example, her "Wealth secret #1" is "Spend less money than you make". That was a great SNL skit, but a waste of time if you're looking for real advice. Other over-simplifications include the "proof" that real estate is the road to building wealth. She says that homeowners have higher net worth than renters, so that's proof that buying a home makes you wealthy. Forget the fact that homeowners are married and in their 50's, but renters are single and in college!!! That's never discussed. Maybe it's worth listening, if you don't have a clue how your credit cards got maxed out. But if you're smart enough to know that it's because you spent more than you make, than you're smart enough to save your time and skip this podcast.Read full review »

As a wage slave living paycheck to paycheck, I found nothing in her podcasts to help me manage my extremely limited resources. Most of her tips cover things like how to sell a second home without...Read full review »
