Good show in small amounts
I’ve been listening to Morbid for a few years now and have always enjoyed the mix of fascinating stories, great research, and the family dynamic between hosts. There are lots of laughs and things to think about, which is why I keep coming back. That said, I’ve noticed that one host’s style of humor (I’m sure other listeners know who I mean) can sometimes feel a bit repetitive. Repeating the same joke or line doesn’t improve the joke; instead, it makes it come across as cringy. While I love their personality and passion for the show, I find myself taking breaks more often because of this. I think with some adjustments, particularly around the humor, Morbid could easily be a 5-star podcast. I really appreciate how much work goes into the show and hope they consider fan feedback to make it even better! There’s so much potential here, and I’ll be rooting for them to keep improving.

More reviews of Morbid
I rate my murdery type of podcasts based on who I'd want doing one on me if I'm ever serial-killed. Morbid is at the top of my list. I think they would report on my horrible demise with empathy, research, and humor, and I would appreciate them for doing so as I haunt whoever ghosted me.Read full review »

You two love the sound of your own voices. The most appalling true crime podcast I’ve ever listened to. What’s with all the weird singing of sentences? Absolute rubbish!
