This is my absolute favourite podcast! Ash and Alaina are lovely, wonderful hosts. This podcast has got me through a very difficult time in my life, they’re serious yet hilarious. I wish I lived closer as I think we could be great friends! This podcast is my go to when I need to let go of my...Read full review »

Every episode comes with 15 minutes of moral soap boxing, where they state over and over again certain things or certain people are bad, which we know. We are not 5, and this is not our first time listening to this kind of content. They’re also always inserting themselves into the story, in an...Read full review »

I love morbid- let that be known!!! I will always listen, but I wish Ash and Alaina would cover more recent cases (in this century). The old timey cases are great but I wish they would add more current cases.

This pod started as my number one. I could listen for 8 hours at work and never get tired. But there ethics have become a real concern. How they have handled several of their cases in regards to family ,friends and loved ones of victims is appalling. And now scamming people out of their Patreon...Read full review »

My all time favorite podcast. I know others disagree but I love the banter, it makes me feel like I’m their friend! & I think it’s nice they can get kind of personal with us. I’ve gotta say, old timey cases are my absolute favorite. It’s so cool to see the forensics back then. Keep doing you...Read full review »

My favorite podcast. I’ve listened to every episode twice and always get excited about new episodes.

Hi! Love your podcast but listening to the episode about the tower shooter I had to cringe every time y’all said UTA. UTA is UT-Arlington, a satellite campus of UT. It’s not the same thing at all. The University of Texas is in Austin but it’s just called UT. It’s a world renowned university with...Read full review »

i’ve been a listener since the under water days.. i’m on wonderly but i’m soooooooo sick of the cases from the early 1900’s. there’s so many current cases that could be covered. the last line 20 episodes were from the time frame. i know im not the only one that feels this way.

This show used to be awesome. Used to be a good variety of episodes from new to old, but now it’s basically 1940s and earlier and I just can’t get into them anymore. I also can’t stand the banter sometimes. There have been episodes that have 5-20 minutes worth of banter before getting to the...Read full review »

I love you ladies and your relationship but I do wish you would cover some more recent cases- I’m not a big fan of the old timey cases but I know you both are! ❤️❤️

but please just tell the stories!…the banter in the middle of the story is not only long, it’s corny and it throws the story off. i have to keep fast forwarding through the banter to stay on track with the story. its annoying!

Morbid is far and away THE BEST, most in depth true crime podcast I have found to date. The way that Alaina and Ash go extremely in depth with research, handle the cases they cover with care, compassion, wit, and moments of brevity clearly shows how dedicated and empathic these two are. On top of...Read full review »

This podcast covers it all for me with true crime, hauntings, ghosts, spirits you name it you got it. These ladies tell these tales with incredible detail, empathy, laughter and verve! Also, The Butcher and The Wren written by Alaina is a fantastic read! Can’t wait for The Butcher Games!!!

God I love this podcast, it puts me to sleep every night. I suffer from insomnia and this is my ticket to a good nights sleep. I highly am amazed on how they cover everything to the last detail. Definitely recommend this if you guys like dark stories with a bit of humor in between.😅

I was told about this podcast from a friend several months ago, and as someone who loves all things true crime, I’m so glad I decided to check it out! I’m not sure how this podcast has 4.5 stars… I didn’t make 5 minutes in before I had to go to another episode. Of course the other episodes were just as bad. Not for me!

I love this podcast because of the true crime cases that Alaina and Ash present. What’s going on with Morbid? They keep going darker and darker while promising lighter episodes at the same time? My kingdom for a spooky road!! Getting way too bleak and graphic to listen too, even for an OG seasoned true crime fan.

The speech tic of the annoying, ubiquitous use of the word ‘like’. You are both smart and good writers. Perhaps script everything to start but the constant ‘likes’ need to hit the brain dump bin.

One of the hosts cannot correctly say words correctly and it ruins an otherwise ok true crime podcast. Like the word ‘exactly’. She adds a ‘d’ that doesn’t even exist. And she says it ALL the time, literally every 10 words, she says ‘exactdly’. I want rip my eardrums out every time. It’s hella...Read full review »
