I’am grateful
Today I practice my gratefulnesses meditation. I was able to bring to mind the people I’am most thankful for at this moment of my life, embrace in a light of love and thankfulness, of gratitude and joy. I live this podcast, it’s become part of my mourning routines. Katie’s voice brings calm to the mind and soothes anybodies spirit, it’s so soft and tender and caring. I’am thankful for this podcast too, for Katie’s and everyone who makes it possible. It has helped me grow better in my meditation practices. Thank you <3 Namaste
