Jen White has upped WBEZ quality
Jen White has slowly slid into a prominent spot at WBEZ over the last two years, and it’s a huge improvement for Chicago's NPR station. On air she is competent and smooth, personal and asks perfect questions. I started hearing her on Making Obama and then 16 Shots and so glad local NPR was able to land her permanently. There were moments in the past where WBEZ local hosts had me wince in the car—the level was so obviously not on par with national level coverage. Now it's changed: Jen White could be hosting All Things Considered. The professionalism and quality is where we should be for global city! Thanks WBEZ.Read full review »

As a Chicagoan Abroad, a daily dose of The Reset is exactly what I need — 20 or so minutes to get me caught up on important Chicago stories. Makes me a little less homesick, so I’m thankful. And Sasha-Ann Simons? She rocks!
