“I never knew about any of these events (before my time) and am fascinated by the accounts of all that happened in organizations that only ever received a paragraph or two in a text book. It calls into question government trust, violent vs non-violent protest, etc. in a way that makes me consider what would I have done/believed/fought for then and how is that reflected presently. Still unsure of the answers, but glad I now have more information. We are still fighting the same fights.”
