Feeling Too BIG-ly
Thank you, Patricia, for reminding us that it is okay to feel our emotions BIG-ly!! Growing up with untreated ADHD, my over-sized emotions were so overwhelming and misunderstood. Rejection feels so awful — like a little piece of your soul is being stomped on. Thank you so much for sharing how a Mom with (treated & better understood) ADHD can teach her amazing ADHD kids that it’s okay to feel emotions BIG-ly too!!
