Intro way too long
Unfortunately I really wanted to enjoy this podcast, however the extremely long intro and review readings at the beginning weren’t for me. My ADHD brain will not cooperate with this amount of aimless babbling. I have no idea what the actual content discussed is like… maybe it’s good I don’t know…...Read full review »

This podcast has provided me with more acceptance and appreciation for my ADHD diagnosis as I gotten better with strategies to management my ADHD and anxiety as a black woman and mother who adores being a out of the ordinary parent.
