Description
Episode 58 brings the goods as I chat with Filipa Bellette all about her move from burnout to becoming a functional medicine practitioner. Filipa and I have some alarming similarities with our stress/over achieving/burnout stories, and in this episode you will learn how we have both worked through this in different ways.  Filipa Bellette is Co-founder of award-winning health practice Chris & Filly Functional Medicine. She is an accredited Clinical Nutritionist & Functional Medicine. She is also a PhD Scholar, writer & regularly featured in the media, such as nin.com.au, Forbes and Body+Soul. Together with her husband Chris Bellette, Filipa has worked with over 2000+ busy burned-out clients in the past combined 20+ years. Their practice is best known for ending body burnout (for good) in high-achieving parents by optimising energy, stabilising mood and balancing gut health. they were recently awarded as the Tasmanian State Winner for the Telstra Best of Business Awards 2022 in the cateory Accelerating Women, as well as Highly Commended in the ATMS Natural Medicine Clinic of the Year Awards 2021. Filipa's own passion for helping parents, especially mums, have more energy, productivity and connection came from her own personal experienc of Mummy Burnout, after having babies and juggling the demands of business, family and her failing health.  Website: www.chrisandfilly.fm Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/chrisandfilly Instagram - @chrisandfilly_fm LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/filipa-bellette-73339019
