I love Chuck and Noel and I really love this podcast. It’s one of my go to podcasts for movie discussions. Please come back!

Long time listener of SYSK but recent convert to Movie Crush. I’ve smashed about 5 episodes in two days and have already rewatched Magnolia on account of the episode. I’m a fan! I like that Chuck takes time for his audience to get to know his guests. The chats are very warm, personal and totally...Read full review »

The podcasters have a “radio” voice and easy to listen to. Some podcasts has to much banter that they forget to start the podcast until like 20 minutes in. These guys do banter for a few then leap into the podcast which I am grateful.

i loved this podcast and noel and i wish it hadn’t ended :S

Over 20 minutes into one episode and they haven’t even got to the topic yet. Jesus. Another one took over 30 min before they got to the topic of aliens. Incredible. These are supposed to be professionals too.

Some episodes well done others painful to sit through. Just the host and his guest repeating lines from movies without any insights. Finally, and keeping in mind that the person who hosts this podcast purports to be an expert in movies, in the hard days night episode he literally asks Ken...Read full review »

Always fun, light hearted and informative, the Chuckers stands alone and with friends, apart from the beloved ‘Stuff You Should Know’ podcast. If you think you know movies, test your metal against these super fans and get schooled in the art of filmmaking through thoughtful and insightful...Read full review »

Listened to the show from day one. It was a joy to watch it grow and sad to see it end, but I’m sure it was the right call for Chuck and the team. Like so many great podcasts, the “theme” is really just a jumping-off point for fascinating personal discussion. Chuck and Noel always brought the...Read full review »

Keep it up, what ever you choose to do. I love your talents and was heartbroken when I heard the last podcast. Noel is also awesome. Great job

Becoming part of a person’s TGIF ritual is no easy feat. I am seriously going to miss the weekly visit from Chuck and guest. The Friday drop fit perfectly, right as I would be ramping up for a little me-time. The perfect sonic happy hour cocktail to usher in the weekend. Now it’s time for...Read full review »

Love the podcast and love Chuck, but lately he has shown very little enthusiasm for the mini crush episodes and it really hurts the experience. He often begins by saying things along the lines of “let’s finish this up and get out of here.” Also doesn’t have as many fun ‘activities’ planned for...Read full review »

What a great show this is. Good job Chuck and everyone involved. Took it for granted and didn’t listen to every ep, but I’m going to go back now and listen to some oldies :)

Thank you so much for this podcast it’s fab! Love it, love it, love it! Only one thing… the trailing off and mumbling at the end of the things you both say! Please don’t do that because I miss what you say 😢

I love this podcast. Most of the guests are knowledgeable and fun to listen to. Chuck and Noel’s mini segments are great too.

I’m not sure how two guys essentially reading posts from a FB page has become one of the the highlights of my week, but it has, and I love them.

Came here finally from Stuff You Should Know (also 5 stars!) and am absolutely obsessed. I started at a random one- Manchester by the Sea, which I’ve seen, and immediately was hooked. (I’ve listened to the episode twice and watched the movie three times) I then binged ALL of the Chuck, Casey...Read full review »

Advice to listeners: if you want to hear a discussion of the movie itself & are not interested in the minutiae of the film industry (or the guest’s career) then skip the first 20-30 mins of the episodes. I listen to Movie Crush occasionally if I’ve seen the movie in question, but I’m rarely...Read full review »

Great show, I have learned about all sorts of movies, and it makes me want to rewatch a lot of movies. I only give it four stars because the cussing feels so unnatural, and forced, and he always makes a point about how he’s able to swear on the show. Kinda stup lol

I have a few podcasts that I save for Friday work hours that serve as my “slide in to the weekend”, “don’t take life too seriously”, “let’s just get over ourselves” podcasts and this is one of them. The banter between Chuck and Noel is light, friendly and always good natured. A great way to set a...Read full review »

I love this podcast but I stopped listening for a while because I was trying to watch each movie before each episode and I couldn’t keep up. I really enjoyed this, but one thing bugged me. I just wish you’d have manned up and told your guest - in the nicest way possible - that Ed Wood did in fact star in Glen or Glenda. Using a different name, but it was the man himself. That’s what made the film so interesting....

The Monday mini episodes, I listened to them for a few months before I realized it is just an asinine waste of time about topics I do not care about when I could be listening to a more engaging podcast, which I do now so you can probably skip those episodes if you feel the same way. The movie...Read full review »

I have been a loyal listener to all the "Stuff" podcasts since day one. Now I have unsubscribed Movie Crush because I do not tune in to listen to the host rave about politics and the awful state of America. Does he really think we are not aware? I sincerely hope he is seeing a therapist...Read full review »

As a huge fan of SYSK, I gave this one a shot and I’ve really enjoyed it. I’ve only listened to episodes based on movies I’ve personally seen but the conversation is good. Love the background that the guest gets to elaborate on (their history with the movie and their own story). Not gonna lie,...Read full review »

I’ve enjoyed watching the movies (and some not lol) and the overview about them. It would be nice if the year of which movie you are referring to would be noted in the podcast because there are so many remakes these days. Some of the podcasts have them listed in the description, some do not. I’m...Read full review »
