Lots to take away as an English teacher
I just love this podcast. I discovered it a while back but have been catching up with many more episodes during lockdown. Although I am not a maths teacher (fortunately for my students), there are a large number of episodes that have a lot to offer any teacher. I wish I could find an similarly excellent English podcast to be able to benefit from the equivalent in depth topic episodes! The guests have a wide range of experience and perspectives. The topics covered are hugely varied. Ultimately, Craig Barton’s enthusiasm, dedication and fantastic questioning make it.

How I wish I had had these to support my training back in 2008. How refreshing to hear real teachers, share their true experience of planning and teaching. Learning so much for current teaching. Thank you.

If you can find the time, this is one of the best ways of spending two hours to reflect on your own teaching practices and learn from the best around. Craig asks the right questions at the right time to ensure we get the maximum from each guest. Flippin’ heck it’s good.
