“I feel the need to leave a review (which I never do) after seeing some negative ones. But let me express I've been wanting to leave a review for a while and the recent haters just propelled me.
This podcast is one of my faves and I look forward to it every week. The hosts bounce off eachother very naturally and while they do have brother-sister-type-like banter, I thoroughly enjoy it and can relate. Ali is naturally quick-witted and she often expresses the views of the people, or at least myself.
I think recent reviews have been somewhat negative because the last season of The Challenge was absolutely horrendous and it was hard to find anything positive about to say about that season (and even I have been rooting for a Cara Maria win for a long time). I give big props to Brian and Ali for even sticking out that whole season to podcast on, as I myself could hardly bare to watch. So while commentary might have skewed somewhat negative every bit of it was well deserved. Plus let's not forget about some of the trashy personalities that are on all of these shows in general, I mean I love them but they make good TV because of piss poor decisions we get to then later make fun of.
Recently I've been binge listening to their AYTO podcasts and they have me constantly cracking up whether it be in my car, while cooking, or laying my bed at night as my bf is constantly yelling at me for giggling as he is trying to sleep.
So in short don't let the haters deter you as I have high hopes for this next season of the Challenge (and really not much has to be done to improve on last season), and if the season delivers than so will this podcast. Looking forward to all the BANANAS!!!!”Read full review »
