I know this women…. She is not just at the gym for 1 hour…. She’s there everyday for hours and not during school hours. She does not prioritise her family. You are all being fooled and she IS a total fake.

I loved this podcast but it’s really missing Ashley James now. Please bring her back!

A fantastic podcast. I love how Ashley is so honest and shares her story. Fabulous guests too. Emma Dietitian with a Difference

I love that Ashley shares her story as well as the guests. I’ve related to Ashley’s story so much, it has made me feel normal and not the monster I thought I was when struggling as a first time mum. I really appreciate Ashley and guests sharing their stories and tips!

Overall I enjoy this podcast, but I feel like too much time is absorbed with Ashley telling us about her mothering journey rather than hearing the guests point of view. Ashley seems to forget she’s making a podcast for public consumption & often divulges the same info about herself each week....Read full review »

Really enjoying this podcast, currently pregnant with my third and wanted to say I absolutely loved the episode with Illy Morrison. I feel super passionate about feeling empowered surrounding my third labour and birth and similar to Illy’s own story am going to fiercely protect my birth...Read full review »

Great guests but the host just constantly brings the conversation around to herself in an almost competitive way- like everything is worse for her.

I love this podcast. Just wanted to say congratulations on your pregnancy. I have discovered a great product which may help you once you’ve had your baby which is my expert midwife soak for your bits as I am still experiencing pain nearly 2.5 years in. I hope you’re starting to feel a little better.

Have loved every single episode.. big fan of Ashley, she’s really opened my eyes to soo many different topics and I’m so grateful! This podcast has definitely got me through some tough times xx

Love how open Ashley is with the physical and often unspoken challenges of the early post partum motherhood & beyond. Seriously interesting topics - have shared with all my Mum friends. I found this through Ashley’s Instagram

So nice to hear honest open conversation about motherhood and so easy to relate the topics spoke about.

Ashley contradicts herself so much and I find her opinions are always what she has heard from someone else, who has articulated it much better! I don’t find this podcast the least bit interesting

This podcast has helped me through early motherhood so much. Just hearing other mum’s talk honestly and openly has been so therapeutic and I’d highly recommend listening to this, whether your pregnant or a new mum!

I absolutely love this podcast! I’m expecting my first little one in September and have a step daughter. I’ve already dealt with a lot of judgement surrounding my step daughter but listening to this has inspired me to advocate for myself and speak up more, not just for myself but for my kids!...Read full review »

Very relatable content for a first time mum. I’ve been loving listening when out walking in circles to get my sons naps in. This is the first I’ve listened to podcasts as I found Ashley after seeing her trending on Twitter re breastfeeding on Jeremy Vine and really enjoyed her Instagram content....Read full review »

I loved this podcast when it started - however I am sick of hearing Ashley talk about herself and repeat the same thing week in week out. She may as well not bother having guests as she asks them questions but gives her own response. Totally self obsessed and I feel she is quite horrid with the...Read full review »

I used to love this podcast but as time has gone on I’ve found it more and more dull as it is pretty much Ashley monologuing the same things every week and not interviewing her guest. You repeat the same things every week it’s so so dull and I want to hear about your guests not about you all the...Read full review »

She just talks about herself - which is fine I suppose - but why have guests on??

Great topic discussion and could relate, but really wanted to hear more on what Kate Lawler had to say and her experience instead of Ashleys again. I like Ashley but she needs to not just talk about herself and her experiences all the time and ask more questions to her guests.

I’ve just started listening to this podcast as I try to get my little boy to nap. The only way he seems to sleep at the moment is in the car. This podcast has been great to listen to whilst aimlessly driving. It’s great to hear the views of other mums about topics that are so relevant to me and...Read full review »

I absolutely love this podcast, I listen every week without fail. Ashley shares such an honest perspective on parenthood and as a first time parent myself it is so refreshing to hear about her journey - especially the things that aren’t usually discussed

Minus star for the amount of “like”s said (esp in the episode with Tommy). Otherwise, enjoy having it on whilst working from home.

As a first time mum of a 6 month old, this podcast has been the best series for pram naps. It’s so relatable and reminds me I’m not alone throughout the challenging times

The new mum days can be lonely but not with Ashley around. This podcast has been like a best friend during my postpartum journey. Love all Ashley’s chat and the great guests she has own. Such worthwhile conversations, which all make me feel a little more ‘normal’ in what I’m feeling day to day. I smile, laugh and sometimes cry along to each episode!!

I found this podcast so comforting as a first time mum - I love how Ashley is so open and honest about the route she has chosen, and whilst my journey looks a bit different there is no judgement - so many useful tips too, and funny to boot! Great show! xx

I am so grateful for Ashley’s honesty about her journey into Motherhood. For a fellow new first time mum it is so reassuring to see and now listen to all the ups and downs that not everyone will openly talk about .

I absolutely love and value Ashley’s openness and honesty about becoming a Mum and the challenges she’s faced. It’s not always easy to speak so truthfully especially when you feel vulnerable! Well done, I’ve got so much comfort from these podcasts and I’m sure so many other Mothers have too 🤍
