Description
In 1978, Ward 26 of Malmö East Hospital is hit by a mysterious epidemic that claims nearly 30 lives in the space of 3 months. All of the dead have a strange red rash around the mouth. While the hospital’s management is distracted by an internal power struggle, staff shortages and conflicts, a serial killer is on the loose; one of the most prolific killers that Sweden has ever witnessed.
