Credible, insightful and articulate
Rarely, if ever, am I compelled to write a 5-star review for a podcast after listening to a single episode. But I’m breaking the trend for the Muscle Intelligence podcast. I could listen to Ben Pakulski’s credible, insightful and remarkably articulate thoughts on building muscle and the surrounding mindset all day. He delivers cerebral, evidence-based fitness content (primarily hypertrophy-focused content) in a measured and deeply-thought out way that flies in the face of much of the fitness space that simply regurgitates the “work hard/do more” mindset, or panders too much to the bio-hacking crowd. This is sound advice on hypertrophy. PS- It seems like Ben rarely swears, which is great news if you’ve got kids and listen to podcasts a lot in the car. Thanks for keeping it clean, Ben!
