Credible, insightful and articulate
Rarely, if ever, am I compelled to write a 5-star review for a podcast after listening to a single episode. But I’m breaking the trend for the Muscle Intelligence podcast. I could listen to Ben Pakulski’s credible, insightful and remarkably articulate thoughts on building muscle and the surrounding mindset all day. He delivers cerebral, evidence-based fitness content (primarily hypertrophy-focused content) in a measured and deeply-thought out way that flies in the face of much of the fitness space that simply regurgitates the “work hard/do more” mindset, or panders too much to the bio-hacking crowd. This is sound advice on hypertrophy. PS- It seems like Ben rarely swears, which is great news if you’ve got kids and listen to podcasts a lot in the car. Thanks for keeping it clean, Ben!

When it comes to building muscle, losing fat and having a great functionality of brain, MI Podcast never fails. With so many issues and phenomenons taken into consideration, these podcasts really become an eye opener for newbies to seasoned athletes and non-athletes alike.
