The best no nonsense information for vegan fitness
I throughly love these podcasts, there is so much information and knowledge in every episode and you're left with no doubts about what steps to take, and that they rule out the bad info there is floating around. i love how down to earth and honest Dani and Giacomo are. Hosts Dani & Giacomo are the real deal, they are so knowledgable and experienced in both the vegan and fitness spheres. I regularly revisit old episodes when I need some (science-based) inspiration to continue persuing my vegan fat loss journey.

I’ve been listening to Muscles by Brussels Radio for two years. They are great at explaining the science behind why certain training methods work (or don’t work). And they understand that flexibility is key to being successful, so their approach to fitness can work for anyone at any level.
