“5 *s to Matthew and Jeremy for a great podcast. Really helpful. Am a musicianship and piano teacher who was at Uni 30 years ago so to be able to listen to Music Theory explained refreshes and reminds me about things I had completely forgotten. Really useful for my job so that I can help the children I teach understand why I’m teaching them chords etc, also interesting for me as a player. Understanding music theory helps all aspects of playing/listening to music. Love the approach of Matthew and Jeremy. I like their humility and reassurance that you don’t have to know everything and get it right 1st time and that actually it’s not that easy. That gives me confidence - especially when I beat Jeremy at the melodic/harmonic dictation exercises sometimes. 😂😂. Love the banter between you. If I lived closer - I’d buy you a coffee!
