I love this idea. So creative and such a great way to spread love and creativity through music from one place to another. Such a great way to find new music I wouldn’t normally seek out. Andy has a clear way of communicating the intention of his questions and the conversation’s journey. Can’t...Read full review »

I usually hate podcasts. This one is an exception. The host Andy Thomas (son of Dave?) asks incisive questions and has a dry witty sense of humor that is right up my alley. I’m a fan.

I really like the format of this podcast - an interview with someone talking about places and music they love. I learned about new-to-me artists that I might not have otherwise been introduced to, and I’m excited to keep listening and discovering more music!

Love what this podcast does for crossing cultural boundaries and opening up our ears to non-western sounds. Also, Andy sounds like someone who’d be great to talk to. Chill vibe

Andy has a strong voice as both narrator and interviewer. To be fair, starting with talking classic punk rock is heading out the gate straight. Cheers!

Host Andy Thomas knows his music and this podcast presents terrific info about local music scenes presented by people who are deeply a part of those scenes. This podcast will be a great resource as we plan future vacations, which always involve live music.

First off, the intro guitar riff is sick! And after listening to the first episode I can’t wait to listen more. If you love learning about different cultures and love music like I do this is a must listen!

A wonderful journey through someone else’s scene. Hearing the first episode about Edinburgh and all the similarities and differences compared to the scene I grew up fills out a much larger picture of the musical world. Playing local bars as a smaller name in the Denver music scene always left me...Read full review »

It’s so interesting to hear about different music scenes around the world, and hear the music they are making. I like the easy going style of this podcast, and I like the portrait it gives of the scene and of the person. It’s cool to hear people’s musical world. Really enjoyed the first episode! I’m always looking for good music-discovery podcasts, but also enjoy a good interview with an artist. Great stories, interesting guest, and a premise worth exploring with almost limitless possibilities for guests. The fact Andy has been so integral to his own music scene means he can guide these interviews well, but I appreciate that he lets the guest tell their own story without interjection....Read full review »
