“Funny material - although I am not convinced that the format is quite right.
Alice L. irritates by commenting on everything and triple under-lining the funny bits to the point of detracting from the humour. The book content is funny enough. James C can hardly get a word in at times and I suspect has more interesting things to say.
If it were less of "an audience with Alice L." and more of the book it would work better for me. I do like Alice by the way and appreciate that she is probably doing her best. But I just think that the editing / production is a bit out of kilter.”Read full review »
