Brilliant TTRPG podcast
These folks are all really talented and hilarious role players, love their improv and they do not shy away from failed rolls and raising the stakes. Which I personally love. The keeper is extremely talented at keeping the narrative interesting and moving while also trying out and balancing new mechanics from other games to enrich both the listener and player experience. I really love the crossover of mechanics they employ and I’m 100% going to use some of them for my own MOW campaigns. I also love the monsters they've invented or re-imagined and have already made a snowball/darkmantle/dybbuk stat block in my D&D beyond homebrew and a shambling horror of a tooth fairy fey ogre creature from their stories. Inspiring stuff, love it, keeps me entertained at my somewhat menial and repetitive job site everyday. As a DM, 20+ year TTRPG player, and general Horror/Sci-fi/Fantasy enthusiast I give them a full 10/10, anyone that vibes with that should check this show out.Read full review »
