A must!
I absolutely love this podcast 🙌🏻 There’s a tonne of podcasts out there about endurance sports, training and nutrition, but this one hits the nail on the head episode after episode. As an ultra athlete with the all too common problem of fuelling despite disordered eating, these conversations really help me fuel my workouts and I love the total honesty. As an aspiring dietician myself, I hope to one day be as much of a resource to others as you both are to the community 😊

Sarah and Marita do an excellent job breaking down the science behind the nutrition so that it is easily digestible! A must listen for any athlete wanting to understand how to fuel your body before, during & after training/race. The takeaways are invaluable!!

Sarah and Marita are skilled podcasters - you would not suspect this is a new podcast upon first listen. They present their knowledge in warm, engaging conversation. Highly recommend for all runners, especially mother runners!
