Straightforward and thoughtful!
As a beginner amateur triathlete and first-time mom of a 3 month old, this podcast is incredibly helpful on two fronts. I appreciate how straightforward these gals are, as well as the intuitive eating background they both are coming from. I started listening on “runs” during my second trimester and am looking forward to the new season as I start training again in the coming weeks!

I have listened to several podcasts multiple times. I like the inuitive eating approach to sports nutition. Both hosts are very up front with the importance of fueling and listening to your body.

I love how Marina and Sarah go through nutrition for athletes. There is so much information out there and it’s hard to know what to trust and what you shouldn’t trust. Instead of having to go through studies done, they do that work for you since they understand the technical terms within them.
