Covert Narcissists often established strongholds where they recruit other like minded dark entity styled individuals to work in a group setting. There is normally a lead narcissist conducting the coven or mini empire as the drama plays out. This group works in tandem to suck in talented and unsuspecting supply sources/person to use for purpose as a cover for what’s really going down behind closed doors. Once this person learns the true nature of what’s really happening and uncovers the layers of deception, it’s make or break for this supply source.
