Dr Ramani
Dr Ramani has the most down to earth, honest, knowledgeable, insightful, thought provoking, comforting, healing, truthful words of wisdom. She is passionate about her work and has literally saved my life. I listen to her every day and when I did miss a few days, I got sucked back in…. She provides the education and support I have needed. I may not always be able to get help locally, but I tune in to her regularly. Because of listening to Dr Ramani, I am not only understanding multiple situations and people from my past who have been narcissistic, I am also growing, getting stronger, setting boundaries, and realizing that I have been a hostage of abuse. Now I can meet people and pretty much realize when my body is telling me something isn’t right and I politely move in or out of situations. Dr Ramani is also helping me to get out of the most abusive toxic relationship I’ve ever had. Because of her, I have started letting go of guilt and shame a little bit, I understand that someone’s old trauma doesn’t make it okay to hurt me, I recognize things like stonewalling and gaslighting, and I am able to look at my own self a little more without so much shame so I can recognize, heal and change my own patterns that led me to being in toxic abusive relationships over and over. I am forever grateful to you, Dr Ramani. You are saving millions more than the 1 million likes because I’m sure there are millions out there that can’t subscribe or like but they listen to you and you are helping them too. You are changing the world and giving a voice of strength and hope to us… to me. Thank you.

More reviews of Navigating Narcissism with Dr. Ramani
Dismaying to hear that “Jada Pinkett Smith” is a producer for this show, a narcissist if ever there was one. Instantly discredits this podcast.

Narc relationships are so manipulative, so mind bending within them, it can be difficult to see what’s going on. This format is great. Reflecting through a bravely told story interspersed with Dr. Ramani’s ability to draw the audiences attention to the important patterns to be aware of. This...Read full review »

I watch Dr Ramani on you tube every day, and this is the perfect companion podcast. It’s amazing to hear peoples real life stories of surviving narcissism. As someone who was married to a narcissist for 17 years, I love the reassurance of these experiences, as even though each story is unique,...Read full review »
