Pocast can't be paused, fast forwarded or rewound

“I used to love this podcast, but recently (since ~early Nov 2007), I can no longer pause and restart the podcast on my iPod. When I pause it for any length of time (or try to fast forward or rewind) it resets back to the beginning of the material. Is this by design?. It seems like all the NBC materials (like Countdown, etc) now work this way, but no other material does. I have reet my iPod so I think it is an NBC thing.
