“I've been a fan of Jake Young for years, and I really want to love everything he does, but this podcast is just...really hard to like. Jake is fantastic and entertaining as always, but Mike Lawrence is just angry and rude in a way that makes me cringe. I could tell there were even Jake was uncomfortable with what Mike was doing. I think the final straw was the X-Men episode where Mike was defending using "gay" as a negative adjective WHILE A GAY MAN WAS THERE AND ACTIVELY OBJECTING. If you like it, good for you. I just prefer Wizard and the Bruiser. This is just my opinion, though. I'm still a hardcore Young-blood.”Read full review »
