“I downloaded "Episode Nine" searching for something new. I don't usually go for the comedy podcasts because they are so hit and miss. There are so many and you can easily spend an awful lot of time searching for something that you might not ever find.
On that note, I think a more appropriate name for this podcast would be "Not Funny Enough". I recognized the name Jimmy Pardo, though I do not remember why or where I may have heard it, but I think that he needs to do a podcast that we can all enjoy. So many of the "jokes" seemed to be "in-jokes" that only he and his fellow podcasters could laugh at.
I hear that Mr. Pardo is a comedian. He ought to realize how easy a comedian can bomb if his material doesn't make a connection with his audience. I may come back to this in a couple weeks or give a previous episode a chance, but my first impression is not to waste my time.”Read full review »
