Have me confidence to go to GP
Until late 30.s I had never heard the word perimenopause. I forgot all about it until a friend who is going through it was keeping me updated through ongoing conversations. I am forty my mother was tested at 45 when she was hysterical and borderline suicidal and what a surprise! no estrogen! The NHS is so far behind for a western first world country it’s embarrassing. Too young for menopause is the mantra, come back when you are really suffering! I have learned so much in just the first few podcasts.
