I’m so grateful to have this information - this is so necessary because the medical establishment isn’t prepared to help women like me navigate menopause effectively. We need to advocate for ourselves until the old method of ignoring women’s issues is left in the dustbin of history. What an...Read full review »

I’ve started to listen to this, and I’m enjoying it, but I really wish people could talk about migraines and perimenopause because I have suffered with hormonal migraines all my life and they are currently getting worse. I’d like to know a little bit more about HRT with migraines because some...Read full review »

The irony of having to listen to episode 248 multiple times and counting due to brain fog, so that I can try to explain it to my employer when necessary

There is so little information and understanding of menopause. Menopause has had the single biggest negative impact on my life. It’s also something not recognized. I have never in my life been a drinker and now I’ve had to go to the doctor for medication to get me off alcohol dependence. I am...Read full review »

I appreciate the interviewer having Dr.M on but I wish she would have allowed her to speak more. Dr.M is SO brilliant and she so much to share. The short interview could have been packed with so much more valuable information for women to act on. I think interviewers in general need to pay more...Read full review »

I can’t thank Dr Newson enough, for the information on hormone deficiency. Being a nurse and well read, I have learnt so much and am now trying to disseminate all the information to my cohort of mid 40’s

Episode 221 - this so resonated with my experience of heart palpitations. Had all the tests, decided myself to explore the HRT route after reading Dr Newson’s articles. This stopped the heart palpitations and my joint pain. I was lucky my GP had done a short course on the menopause, although her...Read full review »

This episode is something else. Such a difficult, traumatic situation shared so openly and clearly by Lynsey and her husband. A privilege to hear about it. I’ve learnt so much! Am going to take the dog for a walk and let it all sink in a bit more. Thank you.

Shame that providers just don’t listen to women. Extremely frustrating. Only support I can get is though private providers and hugely expensive.

Episode 216 - all about progesterone. Such useful information and this has opened my eyes more to this. Do like the podcasts but I do find a lot of it concentrates on HRT. Not everyone can take HRT - my GP/oncologist/gynaecology doctor has said no due to me have HER2+ cancer. Also chemo can start early menopause - not just have ovaries out
