Really helpful and interesting
Episode 216 - all about progesterone. Such useful information and this has opened my eyes more to this. I will definitely read up on Kathryn Dalton; as you say ahead of her time but thankfully her hard work has left a legacy for us women now to learn and be more in control of our own bodies. Great podcast series - the work you all do is a life saver for so many, thank you 🙏

Very disappointed with this episode as it didn’t say anything interesting or new about why and how exercise is important in menopause. Waste of time.
