In this solo episode, I will discuss how anxiety has shown up for me through performance anxiety, social anxiety, avoidance, and the kind of anxiety that alerts you to something truly dangerous. I have learned to ask myself questions to determine the specific type of anxiety I'm experiencing, allowing me to take appropriate action. As risk-takers, it's also important to discern whether the anxiety we feel is a result of engaging in something exciting and new.
