Surprisingly Awful
I'm alone among my friends in liking Dvorak. He's a skeptic, a crank, a sharp old-schooler. On other podcasts, he's a breath of fresh (or at least critical) air. And as a podcaster, I've drifted through Adam Curry's stuff for over four years, and found him amusing enough. But I finally tried "No Agenda" on the recommendation of a respected friend, and I had to turn it off before it was over. I could actually feel brain cells dying. Discussing ESPN's Erin Anderson's nudity and looks, and moving on to how 9/11 was a government conspiracy? I have no problem with disparate topics or even random rambling, but the mix here is just apalling. Adam may be a lost cause. I hope Dvorak sticks with technology.Read full review »
