Loved the episode on how to stop making excuses- this made me realize how to recognize an excuse and then how to take proactive steps to change my language and thought process to be able to allow myself to work through a problem rather than shut down because of a problem. You should totally listen to this podcast, not only helpful for work life, but also for personal life!
